Payments made for digital marketing services cover:

consulting services

Due to the nature of these services, most payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
duplicate payment
billing error
service cancellation before work begins
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Refunds will not be granted for:
completed services
marketing results not meeting expectations
client-requested campaign changes after work has started
delays caused by missing client information
Customers agree to contact Orokam support before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
