Because our services involve strategic consulting, marketing execution, and digital resources, the following refund policy applies.


1. Service Payments

Payments made for digital marketing services cover:

  • strategy development

  • campaign setup

  • consulting services

  • digital marketing work performed

Due to the nature of these services, most payments are non-refundable once work has started.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • duplicate payment

  • billing error

  • service cancellation before work begins

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • completed services

  • marketing results not meeting expectations

  • client-requested campaign changes after work has started

  • delays caused by missing client information


4. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Orokam support before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of services

  • account restrictions


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
